We know you want your products ASAP! We aim to process and ship online orders within 1 to 2 business days of receipt (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following Monday. Deliveries to Australia may need to be signed for. Please ensure someone is available to receive and sign for the package at the delivery address to ensure that your package does not get returned. We use standard ground shipping. All delivery times are approximate. We cannot guarantee delivery times.

Changed your mind? That’s okay. We accept returns of unused and unopened items (in their original packaging) within 15 days of delivery. Refunds exclude any shipping costs and you are responsible for return shipping charges. Due to the nature of the products and for hygiene reasons, we absolutely cannot accept opened or used products. If a returned product appears used, we will not be able to issue a refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed via your original method of payment (excluding shipping costs for international orders). You will receive an email confirmation when your return is received and your refund is being processed.

If you refuse a shipment of an item (with the exception of damage during shipping), you will be held responsible for the original shipping cost, as well as any duties, taxes, and return shipping charges. The amount paid for the items minus shipping charges will be refunded via your original method of payment once we receive the items.

Lost or Damages Items

We are not responsible for items lost in transit.

We are not responsible for items damaged in transit. If your product or package arrives damaged, please do one of the following:

Take photos of the damage and inform us via email immediately (keep all original damaged packaging; you may be required to ship the damaged item back).

We will do our best to help you resolve the issue.
